USATF Commits RealResponse to Combat Abuse in Sports

(April 28, 2022 – Indianapolis, Indiana and Charlotte, North Carolina) – The USATF today announced that it has engaged RealResponse, (@RealResponseHQ), the leading, award-winning anonymous feedback, monitoring, and reporting platform for sports teams and organizations, as the platform for proactively track, monitor and resolve issues faced by their athletes, coaches and staff. The system allows USATF members (@usatf) to report anonymously, in real time, from their cell phones and will officially launch next week.

The USATF will use the platform as an additional resource in its Safe Sport portfolio. The offering includes the ability to receive and respond to questions, comments, concerns, etc. in real time via SMS – a medium that people already use frequently and trust. RealResponse’s platform creates another way for individuals to immediately report a complaint about Safe Sport violations, doping reports, and whistleblower reports, in addition to the USATF’s already existing reporting methods (this is i.e., online form, phone, email).
