Tracking outpatient appointments made easy with the Manage My Care app

The Department of Health is encouraging consumers to tap into Manage My Care – WA Health’s first mobile and web-based digital application to track real-time scheduling of outpatient appointments and specialist referrals.

The Manage My Care app makes it easier for patients and their caregivers to track their outpatient care by providing a digital way to see upcoming outpatient appointments and receive real-time updates if their appointments change. -you.

This decision reduces the administrative workload for hospital administrators by decreasing the number of calls from patients requesting information, as patients can easily view details of their upcoming appointments and update their demographic information and relatives in the app.

Manage My Care has strong support from health service providers following a hugely successful pilot program in 2020 and has now been rolled out to metropolitan public hospitals and regional areas across the state.
