INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The National Weather Service is reporting severe weather sweeping Indiana with tornado warnings, severe thunderstorms and possible hail.

This blog will be updated throughout Sunday evening as conditions warrant.

9:18 p.m.

The Indiana Weather Service has canceled severe thunderstorm warnings for Davies and Martin counties.

9:05 p.m.

The Indiana Weather Service issued a flood advisory for Morgan and Putnam counties until 1 a.m. Monday.

8:44 p.m.

A severe thunderstorm issued for Davies and Martin counties through 9:30 p.m. Winds of 70 MPH are expected with a threat of extensive damage, according to the National Weather Service.

7:58 p.m.

A flood advisory has been issued for Davies, Greene, Knox and Sullivan counties until 12:00 p.m. Monday.

7:44 p.m.

Severe thunderstorm warnings issued for parts of Davies and Knox counties through 8:45 p.m. Hazards include wind gusts of 60 MPH and quarter-sized hail.

7:19 p.m.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for Brown and Monroe counties until 8:15 p.m. The main dangers are 60 MPH wind gusts and quarter-sized hail.

7:03 p.m.

Severe thunderstorm warning continuing for Greene, Knox and Sullivan counties.

6:57 p.m.

The National Weather Service has expired the tornado warning for Hamilton County.

The National Weather Service cancels the tornado warning for Boone County, but continues for Hamilton County until 7:00 p.m.

Tornado warning issued for Boone and Hamilton counties until 7:00 p.m.

6:29 p.m.

The National Weather Service is issuing a severe thunderstorm warning for Green, Knox and Sullivan counties until 7:30 p.m.

6:23 p.m.

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office advises taking shelter after a funnel cloud is detected.

5:57 p.m.

The tornado warning for Putnam County has expired. Severe thunderstorm warnings also expired for Hendricks, Morgan and Putnam counties.

5:55 p.m.

Several reports of trees and power lines across Greencastle.

5:50 p.m.

The weather service reports that there are public sightings of a funnel cloud near the Bell Union area.
