Track services

Connect single-track light rail late at night at Roosevelt, U District, and UW stations

Starting tomorrow, April 19, Link light rail trains will be single-track at Roosevelt, U District and UW stations from 11 p.m. until the end of service for rail maintenance work. Work will resume at 11 p.m. Wednesday evening and will continue every Tuesday and Wednesday evening from 11 p.m. until the end of service for approximately the next three months.

Lane maintenance will affect both northbound and southbound lanes, so the two platforms will be affected at different times during the maintenance period. Signage at stations will alert passengers to the relevant platform. Passengers should be aware of the direction of trains arriving at stations, as this will be the direction in which trains will continue.

A phone line is available to provide translation assistance for those with limited English proficiency at 800-823-9230.

Sound Transit remains committed to working closely with its partners to continue serving the public.
